Instructions

Inspired by another wera screwdriver template (https://hub.shapertools.com/creators/63799d9a79670c2e26d275c0/shares/6550473c834c1c1651aec997) Models from grabcad were used: - wera screwdrivers (https://grabcad.com/library/tag/wera?page=1&time=all_time&sort=recent) - systainer 3 (https://grabcad.com/library/festool-systainer3-1) An insert for all my screwdrivers collection. In retrospect, the screwdrivers should be sunk more into the foam, by ~3mm. Missing from the SVG are the pin cutout, added later to the f3d. 4'x2' feet XLPE sheet of foam is used, to cut 2 insert at a time. Due to a bug/feature the longest line (in this care the 12'' screwdriver shaft) define the horizontal in "single solid body" mode, so the parts are projected in the X-Y plane and the "solid bodies layout" mode is used. A lot of SVG are produced from the .f3d to cut outlines at different depth. The small snap knive is used to remove most of the foam in pocket, to speed up pocketing. The shaper tape does not adhere to the foam, but painter tapes do: some painter tape is applied on the foam, extra shaper tape on top. The other insert is described at https://hub.shapertools.com/creators/5bcf493945760d0017441fce/shares/68057f580b67a8e5ff552efe.
