Cross Linked Polyethylene - 4LB Charcoal Thickness: 1"

foam sheet from https://www.foambymail.com/product/cross-linked-polyethylene-foam-4lb.html , similar to the shaper foam insert. To avoid doing a lot of pocketing cuts, 2 1'' foam parts are used. The Roughing Bit cuts the foam cleanly: 10 ipm, speed 4. The extra screw driver bits and case are from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083NL5THT - KOWOOD Torsion Bits Set For the top part, bosh_5_1_top.svg is used, bosh_5_1_face_top.svg helps to merge pocketing cuts. Similar files are used for the bottom part. The inserts I cut could be better, fixed in the bosh_*_final SVGs: 1. the Offset Angle Attachment must lay flat, it is taller than a SYS1. 2. the top insert can cover the side of the systainer more. I used Shaper trace for the first time. I need some practice: even with a deep hole marker the profile of the driver was not as smooth as in the demo video: - The hole for the battery could be a little tighter, T - The hole for the driver was lengthed by 2mm at the bottom and near the trigger to relax the fit.
