Instructions
- Materials thicknesses and separator height are parameters in the f3d file. ~5'' high separators are used. - A -0.005'' margin is used for the holes and 1/8'' dado. - The middle section is made of 2 pieces. The front needs to extruded for the systainer spine. I use a track saw, a router table would have been more suitable. - Assembly is done inside the systainer, no glue necessary: base, middle, then side and middle frame. - Separators width is 6 13/16''.
