Instructions

Based on projects - a wooden systainer: http://festoolownersgroup.com/festool-and-tanos-systainers/wood-systainer - T-systand: http://festoolownersgroup.com/festool-jigs-tool-enhancements/t-systand-t-loc-systainer-top-workbench/msg374428/#msg374428 - rockwell jawhorse as an accessory table: http://festoolownersgroup.com/festool-jigs-tool-enhancements/mw-1000-extension-table-to-jawhorse-adaption/msg578373/#msg578373 I regret the insert on the top of table for stacking more systainer: there are off by few millimeters and make the impacted holes less useful. Fusion files with parametered wood thickness at: https://a360.co/2ZHEwuW I use left over wood, make the side only 1/4 thick to save weight. I added a box on the shaper itself for the V-groove channel, using a 90 degree cutting bit. The systainer cleats are 3d printed, bought from etsy: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1890372 For the front cut at 30 degree, I use a jigsaw and a vertical workstation. The assembly is straightforward, starting from top to bottom. I also use a jigsaw cornet 45 degree corner cuts.
