Horizontal/Vertical Support
I was tired of having to find sheet goods large enough to always have tape visible to SO. This work shelf will allow me to horizontally support work pieces of various thickness and keep them co-planar to my "tape board". Gussets have a cutout to accommodate quick grip type clamps from the ends. Work surface and gussets are all two layers of 3/4" plywood laminated together. NOTE: The shaper tape on the t-track work surface (picture 4) should not be there when using SO.

12- 1/4-20 bolts
4- threaded knobs
2 or 4- 1/4-20 x 1.25" threaded inserts (Type E)

Instructions
- Mount the "vertical track boards" perpendicular to your main workbench top. Ensure the face of this vertical board is flush with the front edge of your work bench. -Cut 4 "gusset supports", glue and screw 2 pairs together. Use a flush trim bit if necessary. -Attach "gusset supports" to the "knob board outline". -"Attach" the gusset assembly to your vertical t tracks to get measurement for overall work top size. -Cut work top to size and bolt to the "gusset supports" using 1/4-20 x 1.25" threaded inserts. Note: you can save on t track by only using 24" vertical sections instead of 48" like I did. I used Powertec t tracks from Amazon.
