Instructions

Nephew likes to run his Thomas trains around the house. Track assembly and disassembly is a lot quicker with these extra long track pieces. The train tracks should be pocketed to 1/8" depth with a -0.02 offset. The connection joints should be pocketed using a -0.02 offset starting at 1/8" depth, then down to 1/4", then down to 0.35" depth, and a final pass at 0.52" and using offset -0.03. The outside lines should be cut stepping down as before with a 0.01 offset and a finishing pass at 0 offset. The SVG is made using rectangles so it's easy to modify the graphic to whatever custom length you want. Just move the connection joints to slight beyond your rectangle so it cuts a straight line for the connector.
