Made from 5/8" baltic birch plywood and painted with General Finishes milk paint.
Shaper Origin, table saw or track saw for the straight cuts
As pictured above, this measures 74" tall and protrudes from the wall 8". I made it out of 5/8" baltic birch which provides exceptional strength. Mounted to base panel using Dominos or screws from the back. I also routed a stopped groove in my base panel to accept the organizer; completely optional but provides better support against racking. Use Shaper to cut out the complicated face of the organizer, and a tracksaw or tablesaw to cut the straight back. If you don't want to cut the entire part out using Shaper, you can instead cut out just the templates (Midde/Bottom/Top) using Shaper and then use a router table or handheld router with a template bit. Make two Middle parts and continue to stack them as you move along. This means you can make it as tall as you'd like.
