I purchased a used CV1800 that did not include the 90 degree filter transition. So I made one. This is the flange that mounts to the top of the Wynn filter stack.

Shaper Origin, Clearvue Cyclone
This is a home-made 90 degree filter transition for a Clearvue Cyclone CV1800 woodworking dust collector. It may also fit the CVMAX but I am not 100% sure. The curved dados are just over 1/8" thick and 3/8" deep, and accommodate a PVC sheet that easily bends around the transition. You could use very thin plywood or veneer to accomplish the same thing. Note that you will want to silicone caulk this after installing onto the cyclone body. Note this transition includes a longer bottom straight segment than what comes from the Clearvue factory. That's because I mounted my cyclone about about 9 feet high (one foot higher than they noted in the installation manual) and my filter stack is on casters, but on the ground. This transition should mate perfectly in my installation, but you might want to alter the length of the bottom straight segment to suit your installation.
