1/2 inch hardwood or plywood stock
Double-sided tape
Tools
Shaper Origin with 1/8 inch bit.
Instructions
Take your time and use a 0.1 depth of cut each pass if you're cutting hardwood. The finished gear is a little over 3 inches in diameter. Be extra careful to use double-sided tape to secure the gear to your work surface; you don't want the gear to move when you make the last pass.
