This was modeled after the original Tool Caddy that Shaper did in 2017. https://www.shapertools.com/hub/creators/5b437481a92ce901517c0655/shares/59eec6e0a92ce9014344b5c9 The design is a bit more sophisticated and the joinery is a challenge. The files include a skp (Skechup) file.

Instructions

First of all make sure you have the plywood in the shop. you will need to make a .001 accurate measurement of the thickness to qualify all of the joint dimensions. If your plywood is other than .255 this file needs to be modified. You can make up a small amount of difference (.002+-) with a file or filler but anything more will require you ro go over the file carefully and change the joints. If your BB is .255 (https://www.menards.com/main/building-materials/panel-products/hardwood-panels/1-4-x-4-x-8-baltic-birch-plywood/1253100/p-1444441908454-c-13334.htm?tid=2042607224373930042&ipos=1) This says that the finished dimension is .185" IT IS NOT!!!!! It is .255" Set up your SO work area to have a 32x24" area of shaper tape in front of the work piece. The work piece (Each piece is cut from a 9x16 piece of Baltic Birch) is taped butting up to the SO work area with a spacer on eack side to allow for the base of the SO to ride on when getting close to the right and left sides. Cut carefully. No need for a lot of offsets, just 2 rough cuts at .01 offset and a finish on the line. You will need to sand the plywood prior to the final pass. Every cut is made with the 1/8" bit. I found that going around corners (there are a lot lot them in this project) works best on AUTO. PS Take a fine file and round over the tenons to a 1/16"R where called for.
