Instructions

Posted this in the forums a while ago, but felt it should get reposted to ShaperHub. These are quick clamps that can be made from scraps of any thickness, and the design can be scaled up or down as needed to make various sized clamps. I plasti-dipped these to give a rubbery surface. Thicker 3-ply version: 1) Cut 3 of side A, and 3 of side B 2) Glue them together in alternating layers into 2 halves. ABA and BAB 3) Press them together and tension to desired pressure with rubber bands. Thinner 2-ply version: 1) Cut 2 of side A, and 2 of side B 2) Glue them together in alternating layers into 2 halves. AB and AB 3) Glue a metal washer to one of the A sides 3) Press them together and tension to desired pressure with rubber bands.
