AC Vent prototype - created with Javascript
Prototype for an HVAC vent for my buddy. (NOTE: this is way too little ventilation, this was just a visual prototype) The lines represent names of his family. Each letter value from A-Z has a corresponding length; 'A' is the longest, and for each subsequent letter in the alphabet the line gets 1/26th smaller so Z is the shortest. code: https://codepen.io/jaredstanley/pen/YRRzMa SVG file was generated locally so if you use the lines that's an extra step.

I love the idea of using code to generate data visualizations and I love that Origin can translate that into actual off-screen material. Looking forward to doing more code-based stuff like this. lines are 1/8" wide so each one was cut 4x to get to the 1/2" depth
