Materials

4x8 3/4" sheet of plywood

Tools

Shaper origin-

1/4" router bit

trim router-

1/4" roundover bit

Instructions

I have provided the files as a single layout for a standard 4x8 plywood, but also as individual pieces in case you need to lay them out separately using the Shaper origin and a 1/4" bit, cut out the parts one by one, ending with the larger pieces so you can optimize the shaper tape. once the parts are cut out, use a 1/4" round over bit on all the corners. This not just makes the edges nice, it is needed for the joints since I opted not to do dog bone corners. I finished mine with a spar varnish to help with being outdoors. I kept it simple, but feel free to drill holes or cutout patterns on the back and bottom to lighten it up?
