Gear peg Board

two sheets of 1/2 inch Baltic birch four 2x4s two 2x1s

Shaper origin. miter saw. panel saw at home depot

Try and follow my rough sketches. the last image is what I gave at home depot for them to cut the sheets of ply wood with the panel saw. they did all the major cuts for free. the large portion of the left sheet is what becomes the peg board. holes are 3/4 inch. set offset to .05 and it brings it down enough to do helix with a 1/4 inch upcut, and then the second pass do at -.002 this will give the dowels enough space to easily slide in and out. added the word "GEAR" in the bottom right with on tool text.
