½ Sheet of good quality plywood. Preferable the same thickness as your workbench top. 2 3/8” x 3” carriage bolts (needs to be 4x the thickness of your plywood) 2 3/8” t-nuts 2 3/8” fender washers. 2 ¼” x 20 x 2” bolt (needs to be 2.5x the thickness of your plywood) 2 ¼” fender washer 2 ¼” nylon locknut 70 1-1/4” #8 wood screws 2 1-1/4” pieces of ½”OD 3/8”ID aluminum tubing for lifter bushings. I found this a one of the big box stores. 2 ¾ x ¼ 8 inch HDPE strips for slides, you could also use hardwood or anything that slides well. 6 #6 x ¾” wood screws for attaching sliders Wood glue and super glue
Shaper Origin w/ ¼ bit and engraving bit, optionally you might want a 1/8” straight bit and collet and a ½ bit. You can do all of the cutting with the SO, however I would recommend using a table or track saw for the straight cuts. Drill / Driver, counter sink.
