Instructions

This is a variation on the Ultimate Workstation: - Sized for 17.6mm (~3/4”) baltic birch - Without biscuits or domino joinery 1. Cut the top, front, and back panels out with a track saw or a table saw. Dimensions are in the PDF file. 2. Cut the smaller parts out with the Shaper Origin. 3. (Optional) Fillet the corners of the top and front/back with your router, or on-tool with the SO. (Alternatively, you could add these details to the SVG and cut them with the SO). 4. Dry fit everything to make sure that it will go together precisely. 5. Screw/glue/clamp the front/back/sides/filler together. 6. Screw/glue/clamp this assembly to the top. Take care to line the front T-track panel with the slot in the top. 7. Fill the screw holes with wood filler and sand. 8. Finish.
