Any material of your choice. I used 1/2" thick pine and artificial flooring.

Instructions
Easy Christmas ornaments. Bottom two on the picture are unfinished. Top two made from artificial flooring with rubber backing (make great coasters). Recommend masking the top before routing the paw prints. That way you can paint then remove the masking tape. Original idea was to put the picture of a deceased pet on the back, but couldn't stop at just one. Update ... I thought a little more on this project: you could 1) pre-finish it, 2) mask the top, 3) route the paw print, 4) paint the paw print, then 5) remove the mask. I didn't do this but in retrospect, it would make the project even easier.
