Materials

- 24" x 48" x 1/2" sheet of plywood

- 3/8" x 1.5" bolt+nut (x2)

- sandpaper

- wood glue

Tools

- Shaper Origin

- chisel

- mallet

Instructions

Loosely based on the Shaper video, this is a 80% size cornhole board intended for tiny children play. The "Project_Board_Layout.svg" file is sized for a full 24" x 48" sheet. The individual pieces are included if you wish to lay them out manually. (Or if you screw up and need to recut some pieces.) If you trust your plywood sheet(s) you can modify the parameters in the Fusion360 project to build a full-size board. Notes: - Don't worry too much about your cuts! No one (else) will notice (much)! - You'll need a chisel to clean up the slots; alternatively just brute force it using the mallet. - Verify your offsets when cutting the slots, you should have a tight fit. - Verify your offsets when drilling the bolt holes, you should have a smooth fit.
