Table saw for bevel cut
Optional:
Router with round over bit.
Prepare your material. Cut the pieces. Test the fit of a charger before final outside cuts. Modify cutting paths on Origin for the circles if needed. You'll have to use a tablesaw for the bevel angle. Either sand the edges round, or use a round over bit with a regular router. You'll have to eyeball the placement during glue-up. The Fusion 360 file does have the option to create an inset in the base. Final sanding and finish. For the Fusion 360 File, I favorited the bottom and depth parameters. You can use bottom_of_small_watch or bottom_of_large_watch for bottom. And for depth you can use depth_plastic_charger or depth_steel_charger. Or whatever other values you want! You won't automatically get the depths of any cuts in any SVG file you export. I hacked the ShaperTools plugin for that, and converted the text to outlines in illustrator...
