Vegetable Harvest Basket
We couldn't find a garden harvest basket that we liked so I decided to design and build one with my grandson.

Materials
Basket ends: 3/4 in oak
Basket slats: 1/2 in oak
Handle: 1 1/4 in dowel
Tools
Shaper Origin - 1/4 in. cutter
Table Saw - for slats
Router - for slats (inside edges)
Instructions
Graphics were added to the end pieces in Inkscape. The inside edges of the slats were rounded with a 1/4 in. router bit to fit the cuts on the end joints. The drawing shows a 1 in. hole for the handle. I changed that on the Shaper to 1 1/4 in. since I had one in the shop. The project was designed in Fusion 360/
