Instructions

This is super easy - just cut each of the pieces and laminate. My process was to glue up the middle and bottom layers then remove and of the glue squeeze out. Once you put the top on this will become nearly impossible. Light glue and stay away from edges with proper clamping should be enough. After the glue dried I sanded the three piece layer - again, nearly impossible when you put the top on. You will need a small block to use as a stop so your phone doesn't fall to the bottom - you sort of want it elevated just a bit. You cannot see this in the pictures. I just a scrap piece of wood about .5"x.5" square. Glue that to the bottom layer in the middle of where the slot lands. Then glue the top on. Sand away. I used a random orbit sander and finished with tung oil (in the pictures there is only one coat, but I applied a second later).
