1. The point where this puzzle fits together is spaced at 1/2" 2. As you are cutting these pieces out, I suggest using offsets to get the best fit for you work piece thickness. (To loose and it wont stand) 3. I didn't go for perfection on my pieces and cut it out in to passes only taking time on the connection points.
