Bit Holder
Just a simple tray to hold 1/4" shank bits. The tray is 12" x 6" and the holes are on a 1" grid.

Materials
Thick and thin material to laminate together. Shown is 3/4" plywood and 1/8" hardboard.

Shaper Origin, glue, clamps
Instructions
Cut the thick material holes and perimeter, and the thin material perimeter only. Glue together and clamp. Alternatively, cut holes to partial depth and skip the thin material all together. I started chamfering the holes with the engraving bit at 0.05" depth, but got bored with it (there's a lot of holes). The shanks go in just about as easy without the chamfer.
