The template has the alignment marker for Inverness update version. To place, establish grid along hinge edge of door and at either left or right hand side of door (depending on top or bottom hinge). Use precision placement to, for a LH aligned grid, set placement at 61mm from the left for X coordinate and 0 mm from bottom on Y coordinate. For RH aligned grid, Y coordinate is the same but X coordinate is -61mm. For MDF, cut with zero inside offset. For SPF, cut with -0.2 inside offset (an over-cut to make hole larger) for small holes and the large pocket. For Pine and any other hardwood, cut with -0.2 mm inside offset (an over-cut to make hole larger) for large pocket and -0.3 mm for the small holes. There is a 10mm square in the template that can be ignored beyond using to confirm that scaling is correct. Final depth of all cuts is 13mm. FYI: To make the template, I'd used FreeCAD and then re-touched the anchor marker to do a red-fill on the triangle with Inkskape (Unfortunately, the infill red colour as shown gets lost on export to SVG from FreeCAD).
