A quick "hands on" reminder of how offsets work, the same concept applies regardless of cut type ( inside / outside or pocket ) - Negative : subtract material - Positive : leave additional material - Zero : cut to exactly to the designed dimension

I used petg, but it should work with most filaments

3d printer ( 2 color printing ability required )

Origin ( optional )

Instructions

The 3mf file will work with any 3d printer. It does have some Bambulab project info for the H2D to print color / petg. I have included the f3d ( editable fusion file ) if you wish to modify things. Please do share your modifications and discuss your thoughts on teaching aids / combining Origin operations with 3d printing etc...
