all parameters out to be set. this is the left side, mirror to cut the right side cut the 3/4" dowel holes first, to confirm the file fits your dowels, measure your dowels and start cutting with a small negative offset working your way up till you get a good friction fit future work: perhaps add some other storage beneath you make them more space efficient.
