This small shelf helps with producing a small batch of modest sized items, with customisable delrin indexing pins and a low profile clamp for fast repeatable fixturing.

3/4" x 1/2" t track

You may need thinner 1/4" 20 oval nuts, the ones that ship with the clamp are a little thick to fit some t track profiles.

Instructions

Cut interior details first. 1/4" indexing holes are cut to 1/2" deep sholders for 2 mounting holes are 1/2" deep Measure your T track ( the sizes can vary ) this is Cut the slot for 3/4" wide by 1/2" deep T track. Test fit your T track to confirm you are at the right depth, it is best to be ever so slightly sub flush. Drill and countersink holes in the t track for mounting ( be sure to avoid the aluminium support if the screws extend beyond the base. Screw in the t track and cut to length.
