Materials

.5 inch material (frame)

.25 inch material (magnet piece)

Small Magnets

Tools

.25 inch bit

Instructions

(Currently project is setup for .25 inch bit for speed. You might need to chisel out the inside corners) Cut Magnet Piece First (.25 inch thick material) -holes are setup for .315 inch diamter magnets (resize hole if different magnet size) -cut holes for magnets a bit deeper than the height of them so the magnets don't drag across your fridge (in my case they were .108in thick and I cut them to .11 inch deep) -cut outside to full depth and 0 offset We do this the magnet first so you can make sure test fit is good with the frame side later. Cut Frame (.5 inch thick material) -cut the innermost shape to full depth to start -pocket the inner part to 3/8 inch thick -cut the inside cut on that same shape (test fit now with your magnet piece to make sure it's tight fit, open up offset if necessary) -cut outside shaper to full depth Glue magnets in with wood (epoxy or CA glue) Glue the magnet piece into the frame flush in the middle on the backside Sand and finsih!
