1/2 inch thickness material (cedar or redwood will help keep away the germs and rot)

Chisel (don't be lazy!)

Instructions

- Cut 1 of each file. (pocket depths cut to 1/4 of an inch) - Use a chisel to square up all the mating corners. - Smash together with glue.
