Materials
1. 1/2" plywood (at least 17.5" L, 4" W)
2. 1/4" plywood (at least 17.5" L, 4" W)
3. PVA glue (I used Titebond II)
Tools
1. 1/4" cutter

Instructions
Bottom: 1. Out of 1/4" plywood, cut only the outside shape with one 1/4" pass including a 0.03 offset, and a final pass at 0" offset. Top: 1. Out of 1/2" plywood, cut all inside shapes with 1/4" passes including a 0.03 offset. Finish with a 0" offset to final depth.
